Broxbourne Housing Association is the largest provider of social housing within the Borough of Broxbourne, having bought the properties formally owned by the local authority following a tenant ballot.

Our vision is to be the preferred landlord, employer and social business partner in the Lea Valley.

Our purpose is to be an excellent housing association, providing high quality affordable homes and effective services that meet our residents aspirations.
