Becoming a Tenant

Broxbourne Housing Association currently has homes throughout the Borough of Broxbourne, from Hoddesdon in the north to Waltham Cross in the south.

In order to be allocated a home with Broxbourne Housing Association, you will need to apply to the waiting list. The Council can also nominate to our homes, so you may want to register with the Council as well.

Application forms are available direct from Broxbourne Housing Association and from the Council's One Stop Shops and the main Council office in Bishop's College.

To apply for a place in one of our retirement schemes you will also need to complete an application form, unless you are already a Broxbourne Housing Association tenant. In which case, please tell your housing officer you would like to move home.
