Broxbourne Housing Association currently has homes throughout the Borough of Broxbourne, from Hoddesdon in the north to Waltham Cross in the south.

In order to be allocated a home with Broxbourne Housing Association, you will need to apply to complete an application form. There is a common housing register for us and many of the other Associations with property in Broxbourne. This is administered by the Council.

Choice Based Lettings (CBL)

We now operate a choice based lettings scheme with the Council. This is intended to give you more choice in terms of meeting your housing need whilst still recognising the need to ensure we help those in the most housing need first. Application forms are now available direct from the Council's One Stop Shops and the main Council office in Bishop's College and from our offices as well.
