Community Ranger Service, providing ‘better homes, better communities’

Our team of Community Rangers ensures the Association's estates are kept in a clean and tidy condition and provide a visible presence tackling low level anti-social behaviour and environmental issues.

The service is well regarded and the feedback received from tenants is generally very positive.

We monitor our caretaking and cleaning standards closely. Please see the link below which shows the standards we monitor against.

Monitoring of Internal and External Standards

All members of the team are trained in Health and Safety for our and your benefit; in addition the service has been accredited with the ISO 9002 and operates under an equal opportunity policy.

Our Fleet

We generally operate with around ten vehicles in use at any time. We are happy to be purchasing bio diesel from the Council to use in our diesel vehicles which is beneficial for the environment as less CO2 is released into the atmosphere which contributes to global warming.
