Community Ranger Service, providing 'better homes, better communities'

Our team of Community Rangers ensures the Association's estates are kept in a clean and tidy condition and provide a visible presence tackling low level anti-social behaviour and environmental issues.

The service is well regarded and the feedback received from tenants is generally very positive.

We monitor our caretaking and cleaning standards closely. Please see the link below which shows the standards we monitor against.

Monitoring of Internal and External Standards - (PDF Document)

If you live in one of our blocks of flats you can see what the current grading is for your communal areas and the Grounds maintenance by clicking here (link to PDF Document) . Every member of the association will make a visit to your block to report on the quality of caretaking, communal areas and grounds maintenance. These are sometimes done as regularly as every 6 weeks, if you would like to be present during one of these inspections please contact Simon Chitty on 01992 753504 or Brian Cooke on 01992 453712.

All members of the team are trained in Health and Safety for our and your benefit; in addition the service has been accredited with the ISO 9002 and operates under an equal opportunity policy.

Our Fleet

We have up to ten vehicles in use at any time. We are happy to be purchasing bio diesel from Total garages to use in our diesel vehicles which is beneficial for the environment as less CO2 is released into the atmosphere which contributes to global warming.
