Grounds MaintenanceWe have a contract with Broxbourne Council for our Grounds Maintenance, which includes grass cutting, shrub maintenance etc. We have a separate contract with Broxbourne Council for tree maintenance. Broxbourne services carry out the Ground Maintenance work on behalf of the Council. MonitoringWe monitor grounds maintenance on our estates closely by visiting our estates regularly and assessing against the below standards: Grounds Maintenance Standards - (PDF Document)We also have monthly meetings with Broxbourne Council and Continental Landscapes to address any issues that we have.
