The Handyperson Service is run by PHAS East Herts. We assist people with disabilities, the elderly and those on low incomes to live independently in their own homes. Our friendly team offer confidential advice on the services we offer and the amount we charge. This service is available to residents of the Borough of Broxbourne who are:
Retired people
People with disabilities
People on low incomes
The Handyperson Service is also available in the East Herts area.
Our service
Our service covers small repairs such as:
Leaking taps
Fixing curtain poles
Assembling flat pack furniture
Replacing glass
Clearing gutters
Door handles and lock problems
A charge is agreed with you before any work is done. Our telephone response is usually the same day and we aim to complete work within 3 weeks.

The Papworth Trust provides training, employment, housing, care and advice to disabled people or people with a long term health issue.
