Housing ManagementIn our housing management role, as landlord of over 3,500 properties, we are responsible for: Rent collection and control of rent arrears. Working closely with the Borough Council in the provision of the homelessness service. Keeping homes in good repair. Retirement housing for older tenants. Monitoring and dealing with instances of anti-social behaviour. Tenant participation. Leaseholder services.
