Housing Management

In our housing management role, as landlord of over 3,500 properties, we are responsible for:

• Rent collection and control of rent arrears.
• Working closely with the Borough Council in the provision of the homelessness service.
• Keeping homes in good repair.
• Retirement housing for older tenants.
• Monitoring and dealing with instances of anti-social behaviour.
• Tenant participation.
• Leaseholder services.
