Repairs and Improvements

It is your responsibility to take good care of your home, which means you should report any repairs we are responsible for as soon as possible check your handbook (link to PDF Document)

When you report a repair, please try to have as much information about the problem before you contact us.

If the problem has been caused by crime, please report it to the police and give us the crime reference number. If you don’t give us this number, you are more likely to have to pay for the repair.

Information for out of hours repairs

If you have an emergency repair, you can report it out of hours by calling (01992) 639 561. Do not report it online. Please note our response time for emergency repairs is 24 hours and we aim to have the problem resolved in this time. Please note, we may only be able to make the area safe during an out of hours call and so the repair may have to be completed the following day or a time suitable to you.
