Repairs and Improvements

We run a priority-based service for day to day repairs.

Our Improvement Programme incorporates our promises to the tenants and will deliver the Government's Decent Homes Standard to all our properties before 2010.

The Kitchen and Bathroom Renewal Programmes are well underway and we also have a Planned Maintenance Programme and Programme of Estate Refurbishments and Improvements to improve the environment on our estates.

Broxbourne Housing Association major works programme

We intend to spend more than £21.9million over the next 3 years on major works across our properties. This will mean we are on target to keep all of the promises that were made to residents when the Council transferred the properties to us two years ago. This programme has been discussed and agreed by the Residents' Panel. If you have any comments on it please let us know as soon as possible.

All of the above are available at no cost to our tenants.
