Value for money
Can you help reduce costs and improve services?We work hard to run an efficient, effective and economic business. We want to drive down costs because the more we save, the more we can do for our residents. But we also want to improve our services to you. Many of you have helped us do this, either individually or through our many residents’ groups. When we make a saving or improve services, we call this ‘value for money’. This year we gave an extra £75,000 to residents’ services – money made available from value for money savings made the year before. Some of this money was spent improving the environment and estate services, as suggested by residents, and reported in ‘Home’, our residents’ magazine.
